Close - Klein
Randal and Gloria Klein, of Mora, announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Klein, of Mora, to Jon Close, of Green Ridge. He is the son of Mike and Terrie Close, of Green Ridge.
The future bride is the granddaughter of Don and Juanita Klein, of Smithton, and the late Bob and Dorothy Pfeiffer, of Sedalia. The future groom is the grandson of Evelyn and the late Harlan ŗBud˛ Close, of Green Ridge, and the late Gerald and Ila Volpp, of Sedalia.
The future bride, a 2003 graduate of Smithton High School in Smithton, received a Bachelor of Science degree in animal technology in 2008. She is currently employed by the Sedalia Veterinary Center as a veterinary assistant and the Sedalia Country Club as a waitress/hostess.
The future groom, a 2002 graduate of Green Ridge High School in Green Ridge, received an associatešs degree in agricultural business. He is employed by Sedaliašs WireCo World Group in the shipping department.
A wedding date of Sept. 29 at 6 p.m. has been set at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Sedalia. A reception will follow at the Elks Lodge in Sedalia.
