Joyful Noise Puppet Ministry will host a puppetry seminar at Harvest Time Prayer & Praise Center, 2825 S. Ingram, with two daily sessions, August 6, 7 and 8, from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m., for ages 12 to adult. The seminar will teach basic through advanced puppetry.
Cost is $10 (with pre-registration, $15 at door) Fee includes three-day seminar, light lunch, puppetry handbook and Certificate of Completion.
A special Junior Puppeteer session is scheduled for Aug. 7 from 9 to 11 a.m., for ages 9-11 at no charge.

The Health and Wellness Commitee at First Christian Church will hold their ice cream social with musical entertainment (The Notables, and The Melody Makers with Norbert Langkop) July 12 from 3 to 5 p.m., in fellowship hall.
Tickets are $4 per person. Kids six and under are free. Proceeds will benefit the Christian Caring Fund.

A church tent revival will be held at 260 W. 16th Street in Sedalia starting Friday, July 10 and continuing through Saturday, July 18.
Services will begin nightly at 7:30 p.m. Chester Jackson of Fred, Texas, will lead the services.

Immanuel United Church of Christ, 416 W. Fourth, will host Vacation Bible School July 13 - 19. This yearıs theme is ³Camp Immanuel - God is with Us!²
Each day the children will gather for a light lunch at 5:45 p.m.
Activities will include music, games, story time, crafts and science projects, concluding at 8:30.
The students can earn tickets throughout the week that will be redeemed for prizes on Sunday morning.
